1. Service Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled service by notifying us at least 24 hours prior to the confirmed appointment time.
To cancel, please contact us via email or phone using the details below.

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No charges will apply.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: A cancellation fee of $25 may apply to cover logistics and technician allocation.

2. Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the service and the situation. You may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as scheduled due to our error

  • The technician did not appear and no resolution was provided within 48 hours

  • You canceled within the allowed timeframe and had already paid in advance

  • There was a valid and documented service quality issue, verified by our team

Non-refundable cases include:

  • Cancellations after service completion

  • Dissatisfaction not reported within 24 hours of service

  • Issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer

3. Service Rework or Rescheduling

If you are unsatisfied with the service delivered, please contact us within 24 hours. In many cases, we may offer a free service rework or reschedule the service at no additional cost, instead of a monetary refund.

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or without authorization, please reach out to us immediately. We will investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Disputes filed through your bank or payment processor before contacting us may delay the resolution.
